Each summer, Hume Lake Christian Camps becomes a destination filled with excitement, outdoor adventure, and faith filled connection. Whether you are attending a camp or visiting friends and family who are, there are a variety of amenities and activities available in the Hume Lake area.

Boating and Water Activities
At the Hume Boat House, you can rent canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and rowboats. Make sure to wear a life vest and be safe on the water. Make sure to check if they’re open in advance.
Sports and Recreation
The area includes a full skate park, disc golf course, basketball and volleyball courts, and the Ponderosa Pool, which offers ticketed access for certain guests.
Food, Coffee, and Fun Gift Shops
Enjoy a handcrafted drink at one of the Hume ‘n Beans coffee or stop by the snack shop or the general store. The Snack Shop serves Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken Strips, Corn Dogs, Fries, Drinks & Hand scooped Milkshakes.
The Hume General Store and Hume Supply and Apparel Stores feature great gifts and relaxing areas to enjoy the lakeside fun.
Chapel and Worship Gatherings
During the summer, visitors often hear live worship music and engaging messages from outdoor chapel gatherings and events. We love the Hume Teaching Series and the Hume Chapel on Sunday mornings during the summer.
Country Fair
One of the most anticipated events of the summer is the Hume Country Fair, a full day of community fun. It’s a lively and family-friendly celebration featuring live music from great bands, delicious food, classic lawn games, and incredible shopping opportunities.
Wander through booths filled with unique bargains, take part in silent and live auctions. Admission is free, and all proceeds go directly to support the ministry and mission of Hume Lake Christian Camps.

Our cabin includes:
- Full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and smart TV
- Sleeps up to eight guests
- Private outdoor area with BBQ and firepit
- Direct booking with no Airbnb or Vrbo fees
- Great living room, vaulted ceiling, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with plenty of natural light
- Custom kitchen with modern appliances, coffee machine, large fireplace, and hard wood floors throughout with tile in the bathrooms.
- Free use of high speed filtered internet, Apple TV, Dolby Atmos surround sound theatre system, propane bbq and tank included. Large covered back deck and covered front porch; concrete driveway with wood fire pit.
- Built for year round living in 1999 with modern furnace that provides heat in the cool months. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk bed, and another twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a twin loft and full-size bed. 1 shower and 1 bath/shower combo. Sleeps 7-8.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, and linens. No laundry services at the cabin.
